Learn How to Speak Spanish Fluently

In this article, I am going to let you know what I believe is the best way how to learn to speak Spanish fluently, and why I feel that way.

Me and my wife Sarah have lived in Spain for the past 3 years, and as you can imagine speaking Spanish fluently is a must.  When we first arrived in Spain, we had to learn how to speak Spanish fluently from knowing only the bare basics of Spanish, and worked our way up from there.  However, at first I was having some real difficulties learning the language, and putting it  vocabulary of what I had learned into context and conversation seemed like an impossible task.

At first we were recommended to use a Spanish tutor, so we did.  I must say though, the tutoring was not very helpful, and the fact that we only knew some of the basic Spanish made things only harder for us.  Even though the tutor was actually teaching us useful words and phrases, putting them into conversation and ultimately learn to speak Spanish fluently just wasn’t happening, no matter how much effort we put into learning the language.

Worst of all, my wife was also having problems getting to grip with the language, which made things even harder for us.  We had to find some sort of solution, but we had no other recommendations or reviews on what would actually work.  I was beginning to give up, and think of the very worst.  Me and my wife obviously could not live in Spain not being able to speak Spanish fluently!

However, just as we were beginning to give up, our Spanish tutor told us about this other way to possibly learn to speak Spanish fluently, as even she realised we wernt getting anywhere with the tutoring.  She told us about a Spanish learning program which you get use on your computer, which is supposed to be extremely helpful, and has only had good ratings from everyone who has used it.  We had no choice, but to take this recommendation on board, and get this Spanish learning program, even though it did cost some money (it was quite cheap!)

It was called Rocket Spanish, and we were skeptical about it at first.  Although at first it did look promising, we were struggling to understand how a computer program can actually help you speak Spanish fluently.  This was were we were wrong though.  After using the program for only a few weeks, we were both astonished at how effective it was, and at the same time, fun!  This appeared to be the solution we were looking for to solve our problems of not being able to speak Spanish fluently.

Easiest Way to Learn to Speak Spanish

Both me and my wife live in Spain, and as you can imagine, we obviously have to know how to speak Spanish fluently.  We simply didn’t have an  option, and we had to use many methods to learn to speak Spanish.  At first, it seemed like it would be very easy, however now 3 years on, I think we can both safely say we underestimated how difficult it would be!  Although we did know some of the basics words and phrases of Spanish, we certainly could not speak Spanish fluently, and obviously that is a must when you are actually living in Spain.

On of our friends who lived close to us recommended that we got one-to-one Spanish tutoring lessons.  Sounding like a sensible choice, we began getting tutoring.  It wasn’t exactly what I expected though, and I wasn’t getting anywhere fast with this Spanish tutor.  Although it was helpful, I simply couldn’t actually put what I had learned into conversation, and ultimately, I could not speak Spanish fluently.  Worst of all, my wife was also getting nowhere with the tutoring, and this meant we really were stuck.

We had no idea where to go next.  However, something sprung to mind which I had heard people talking about a while back, and it was about a some sort of Spanish learning software which runs on computer systems.  I decided that using this Spanish learning software couldn’t do any harm, and so I gotten it, hoping I would eventually be able to speak Spanish fluently after using it.

Speak Spanish Fluently Using The Best Methods Possible

Speak Spanish FluentlyThere are many different ways and forms to learn to speak Spanish fluently, however I can tell you from experience that it’s not all so easy to find a method to learn to speak Spanish fluently which really will help you.

Even though this is the case, I am still going to tell you my experience, and what I found the most effective way to help me learn to speak Spanish fluently. Many people recommended Spanish tutoring to me, and so I took that advice on board, and began getting Spanish tutoring. However, although this was a good way to help me learn the vocabulary, I did not find it effective to help me speak Spanish fluently. What I needed was a method to learn fluent Spanish, and not just the basic words ect.

My next option to try and learn how to speak Spanish fluently, was a Spanish learning software. Again, this was recommended to me by a friend, and they said it really helped them learn to speak Spanish fluently. So again I took this advice on board. I must say though, this was not the way to learn to speak Spanish which I had expected…

It was totally new to me, and it was basically a program which runs on your computer to help you speak Spanish fluently, and not just learn the basics words ect of Spanish.
It really did help both me and my wife Sarah speak Spanish fluently, and we have never looked back. We live in Spain, and as you can imagine learning how to speak Spanish fluently was a must.

How you can Learn to Speak Spanish Fluently

If you are serious about learning how to speak Spanish fluently, then there is a few things you should know.  I am going to explain to you some tips and methods which can improve your experience when trying to learn to speak Spanish, and how you can make your time more worthwhile when learning Spanish.

As you will almost certainly know, trying to speak Spanish fluently is extremely hard.  Actually, most people underestimate how difficult and hard it is to learn even the basics of Spanish.  I for one have friends who have been learning how to speak Spanish for years now, and they still cannot speak Spanish fluently.  I now live in Spain, and obviously speaking Spanish fluently is a must for me, as you can imagine.  Knowing just the basics and fundamentals of the Spanish language just isn’t enough when you actually move to Spain.

I vigorously started trying my hardest trying to learn how to speak basic Spanish, and then afterwards started attempting to learn to speak Spanish fluently.  Trying to learn fluent Spanish was much harder than what I first imagined.  It is completely different to just the basics Spanish, and knowing just the basics will get you nearly nowhere when you start attempting to speak Spanish fluently.

If you really want to know how to speak Spanish fluently, then there is certainly some advice I will be able to give you.  First of all, you should immerse yourself in the Spanish language, and try and speak Spanish fluently using the vocabulary you already know (assuming you have already attempted to learn the basics of Spanish, before you move on to learning to speak Spanish fluently).  This is by far, the more effective way to help you learn how to speak Spanish, and most importantly, learn how to speak Spanish fluently.

There is many more ways to help learn to speak Spanish fluently, but I can tell you from experience that actually immersing your lifestyle among Spanish people themselves is by far the best option.
